Orders will only be accepted with full payment and a signed purchase order prior to course.

Course allocations will not be guaranteed unless payment is received 5 days before the start of the training.

All training courses must be paid in full 14 days prior to the training start date.

A cancellation fee of £250 will be charged for courses cancelled less than 5 working days before the training course starts.

The full cost of the training must be paid if cancellation is within 24 hours or the candidate does not attend.
