A typical project will involve:

Project Building

This will involve either assimilating a brief prepared by you, the customer, or we can prepare the brief on your behalf following discussions with the key parties involved.

Workshop

A one-day session either at the cutsomer’s premises or off-site at our premises or other convenient location. The workshop will include all of those interested parties that the customer wishes to involve plus one of our consultants selected because of his skills and experience in the project in question. We will facilitate a broad ranging discussion of all aspects of the project whilst ensuring that the session is kept on track, time is effectively managed and decisions and key points are minuted.

Technical Report

Our consultant will prepare a report for the customer detailing the discussion, key points identified for action and any aspects requiring further consideration.
