Analysis of the network conversations involved in any particular application or applications and hence bandwidth requirements in conjunction with business driven application priorities. |

| Technical Report |
Firm recommendations on configuration and/or infrastructure change to maintain optimal network and application performance. |

| Implementation |
Agree recommendations with customer and work in partnership with in house staff to put the recommended changes in place. |
