| Auto Discovery |
Logical confirmation of connectivity and network devices. |

| Database Creation |
The integration of existing network information, as verified through the audit process, with new information from the audit process into a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) |

| Database Visualisation |
Using the netViz® documentation visualization software in conjunction with the CMDB to generate visual documentation of the network. |

| Implementation |
Publish the visual documentation of the network, hand-over the CMDB and implement the change management processes to ensure that it can be kept up to date. |
