Assessments
At the start of the day the candidate will
- Confirm problems that are to be diagnosed on the network.
- The order of priority for diagnosing problems.
- The action to be taken when the cause if a problem is identified.
The candidate is tracked by a Kenson training consultant as
they diagnose problems on the network. The examiner looks for
evidence that the candidate has understood and is able to apply
the principles covered in the PLAN 1 and PLAN 2. The candidate
must also show initiative and effective communication skills
when solving network faults.
